
During his visit to Rome, U.S. Vice President Joe Biden stated that he is "optimistic" regarding the end of the war in Ukraine. He expressed this opinion during a meeting with Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni. "We are hoping to see that Ukraine, having been attacked, is making objective reforms for its citizens," Biden said in an interview with the newspaper. He also emphasized that the U.S. and Italy are united in facing threats from which European countries are struggling against Russia and Iran.
