The Abu Dhabi Future Energy Company "Masdar" signed a memorandum of understanding with the "Intesa Sanpaolo" group in Rome, the Italian capital, with the aim of supporting cooperation in integration and absorption operations. This agreement strengthens the long-standing relationship between the two parties, as the "Intesa Sanpaolo" group provided consultancy and support in several European financial transactions executed by "Masdar".
During the visit of Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the State, to Italy, Mr. Mohammed Jumail Al-Rumaihi, CEO of "Masdar", and Mr. Mauro Metti, President of Corporate Banking and Investment at the "Intesa Sanpaolo" group, signed this memorandum.
