The English driver Lewis Hamilton, seven-time Formula 1 world champion, had his first contact with Ferrari's single-seater at the Fiorano circuit in the Italian town of Maranello. In the fog, Hamilton tested the F1-75 single-seater of the 2022 season, marking the beginning of his new phase with the Italian team.
Ferrari's new car will be officially presented on February 19 at the same track. It will be then that Hamilton and his teammate, Charles Leclerc, will be able to test it for the first time before the start of the season in March. Hamilton, a new recruit for Ferrari replacing Carlos Sainz, shared a photo of his new helmet with a predominance of yellow and his classic number 44. On his first day as a driver for the ‘Scuderia’, the Englishman expressed that it was a dream come true to wear the Ferrari race suit.
