According to information from the official website of the Championship, he received a call to the matches of the Czech national team in the qualifying round of Euro-2023. Lui has the right to play for the Czech Republic due to his mother, who has Czech citizenship. The goalkeeper began his career at the 'Parma' academy, after which he moved to 'Juventus'. Currently, he is part of the 'Virtus' youth system.
