The health status of Pope Francis continues to evolve positively, according to the latest medical report issued by the Press Office of the Holy See. Since his hospitalization on February 14 at the "Agostino Gemelli" Polyclinic in Rome, the Pope has maintained a favorable response to medical therapies, which is reflected in an improvement in his clinical condition without presenting fever and with improving oxygenation indicators.
Hemato-chemical and hemocytometric examinations have shown stability in the health status of the Holy Father, although doctors continue to observe with caution and maintain a reserved prognosis as a precautionary measure regarding the situation. In a recent statement, it was highlighted that the Pope shows a slight improvement in his clinical condition and remains stable responding well to treatments.
The Holy Father continues to receive appropriate treatment with high-flow oxygenation during the day and non-invasive mechanical ventilation at night. Despite his hospitalization, Pope Francis has continued to fulfill his spiritual and work commitments.
Additionally, it was reported that the Pope will spiritually participate in the upcoming exercises in communion with the Roman Curia, following activities through the broadcast of the Angelus. His willingness to stay active as much as possible, alternating rest with some work activities during the day, is also emphasized.
Regarding his health, it is mentioned that the clinical state of the Holy Father has remained stable showing a good response to therapy. Although it is expected that no medical bulletin will be issued on Sunday due to the stability of his condition, periodic updates will continue to be provided to the media. The Pope continues with his prayer practices and spiritual activities for his recovery.
