The Mexican forward Santiago Giménez has attracted the interest of several European clubs due to his outstanding performance with Feyenoord. Since his arrival in the Old Continent, he has become the top national scorer in his first 100 matches played, making him a sought-after player in the transfer market.

After previous rumors linking him to clubs like Tottenham and Arsenal, it has now been revealed that Milan has shown strong interest in acquiring Giménez's services. According to reports from Gianluca Di Marzio, the Italian club is eager to incorporate the Mexican forward as their first option to reinforce their attack.

Negotiations between Milan and Feyenoord have just begun, and an agreement is expected to be reached that could be finalized by next summer. Initially, there is a possibility that Giménez could join Milan on loan, followed by a mandatory purchase option that would completely change his situation.

It is estimated that Feyenoord could ask for around 40 million euros to release the Mexican forward, whose current market value is around 37 million euros according to Transfermarkt. With an outstanding season in the Eredivisie, where he has scored 13 goals in 17 matches, Giménez has proven to be a lethal scorer, accumulating a total of 62 goals and 14 assists in 103 matches played in Europe.
