Universal designer Miuccia Prada explores "human nature" in her new collection of men's clothing for the autumn-winter 2025-2026 seasons, collaborating with Raf Simons and presenting it in Italian Milan. After the show, held at the "Fondazione Prada" during Milan Men's Fashion Week, Miuccia Prada noted that the idea consists of "rescuing human instincts for the liberation of creativity and spontaneity" in a world where artificial intelligence dominates.
"Your instincts are your internal computer, they are the answer to everything you’ve read, seen, or studied, so there’s no contradiction between logic and instinct," she said. She then added that "the idea of romanticism is something emotional and momentary, creativity based on many reflections" and that it is "something deeply human".
At the last weekend in Milan, a new collection "Emporio" from "Giorgio Armani" was presented, which represents stylish ready-to-wear clothing for youth and modern clients. The 90-year-old designer stated after the show: "I wanted to create a collection that would be alive and naturally spontaneous".
"The Italian master of fashion" explained that he prefers to use extreme elements like metal and fabric with a long flow, to create something "elegant, characteristic and at the same time not overly balanced".
